ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2 - 7 Business days for processing before your order is shipped to you. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!

SHIPPING TIME:

Shipping speed refers to the time it takes for your order to ship once it leaves our shop, not when the order is placed.

The estimated shipping time after the product is fulfilled depends on the shipping carrier you choose. 

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays during peak times or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. Here are the products we may ship separately:

  • snapback hats, trucker hats, dad hats/baseball caps, and visors
  • mugs, wine tumblers, and pint glasses
  • postcards and stickers
  • posters
  • framed posters
  • canvas
  • water bottles
  • notebooks
  • blankets

In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.

Shipping times will depend on the selected shipping carrier, with an expected delivery time of 3-4 days from the date your order is processed. These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

Please check the shipping times with www.UPS.com or USPS.com. Our company is very confident in the UPS and USPS systems, and we have had considerable success shipping with both.

  • We are not responsible for delivery times, as we do not operate the mail truck, but we will do everything within our power to ensure you of a fast delivery.

  • We are also not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please ensure that you include the correct address when ordering your products.

  • Shipping for a returned item due to an incorrect address is the customer's responsibility, so please ensure you have the correct address.

  • We reserve the right to request additional shipping charges to resend an item that was incorrectly or improperly addressed.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship to all 50 states, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Domestic pre-ordered items will be shipped at an additional cost to the buyer.

We offer the following Domestic Shipping Services:

  • USPS First Class (Economy)

  • USPS Priority Mail service

  • USPS Express

  • UPS Ground

  • UPS Next Day Air

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY ORDER?

After your order has been placed, you will receive an automatic email with your order number and invoice. We require a valid email so that we can send you this information and contact you if you have any difficulties submitting your order. Please note that some email services may screen emails, and our confirmation email may be directed to your spam folder. Please add us to your address book to avoid this.

If you add your mobile number at checkout, we can send you an SMS message with your information.

NOTE: All shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are not currently shipping internationally.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount, minus the shipping costs for the return. 

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@driftwoodandlinen.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
